Single Tasking Day!
February 22 marks the Single Tasking Day! It was introduced to encourage people to concentrate more. This approach allows you to solve it most fully and productively.
Today you can choose only one task, but it must be done at the highest level.
Why is it important to try to celebrate this day at least once? Nowadays, loading routines requires multitasking from each of us, but modern scientific research claims that concentrating on several tasks at the same time significantly reduces the efficiency of their implementation. This is because it takes some time for the brain to switch from one topic to another. Parallel execution of a large number of cases can lead not only to a decrease in productivity, but also to a mediocre result.
The recipe for quality improvement is simple – focus your efforts on one task, and when you complete it or at least get the desired intermediate result, move on to the next.
